Enable CV sorting and matching directly within your ATS.

Accelerate your shortlists. Standardize your criteria. Make your decisions explainable.

Without adding new tools. Without IT projects.

Your ATS is powerful, but often underutilized.

In organizations using Cegid DigitalRecruiters, we observe:

Varying shortlists depending on the recruiter.
Time-consuming CV analysis for high-volume positions.
Selection criteria that are difficult to standardize.
A growing need for traceability and explainability.

The question isn't about adding a tool. It's about fully leveraging your ATS.

Trimoji CV Scoring, integrated into Cegid HR Talent Acquisition.

We have integrated a CV scoring module directly into Cegid to:

Structure candidate analysis (hard skills & transferable skills).
Generate consistent job-candidate matching.
Standardize criteria across teams and entities.
Accelerate shortlist creation.

All without altering your existing processes.

The recruiter remains the decision-maker. No automated decisions.

Clear and explainable logic.

The scoring is:

Configurable
Reproducible
Traceable
Explainable

It provides an analytical framework. It does not replace human judgment.

Multi-site use cases.

Pilot deployment for high-volume recruitment.

Observed results:

Significant reduction in sorting time.
More standardized shortlists.
More documented decisions.

Trimoji x Cegid Integration: CV Analysis & Scoring Based on the Job Offer

Connect Trimoji to Cegid to automatically analyze each CV and get a candidate-to-job matching percentage, based on the "ideal job" (Personi) defined in Trimoji. You prioritize faster, with score explainability and a downloadable PDF.

What the Integration Enables

With Trimoji in Cegid, you can:

Activate Trimoji in Cegid via an API key connection
Add a "hard skills" trigger on a Cegid job offer (trigger)
Choose the ideal job (Personi) to serve as the matching model
Obtain a matching % calculated by Trimoji for each application
Filter the CV list to focus on the most relevant profiles
View matching explainability (where the score comes from)
Download the analysis PDF

How It Works

The workflow described in the integration is simple:

Activate Trimoji in Cegid
Create a predictive "Personi" model on Trimoji
(Optional) Create a Trimoji campaign to send the Personi to Cegid
Add triggers in Cegid on the job offer
Recruit: CVs are scored as they enter the process
Also send the personality questionnaire to get all Trimoji reports

Step 1: Activation: Connecting Trimoji to Cegid

1) On the Cegid side: Initiate activation

Objective: Enable Cegid to call Trimoji.

2) On the Trimoji side: Retrieve the API key

In Trimoji: My Account → Integrate my ATS.

3) Send the API key to Cegid support

Provide the Trimoji API key to Cegid support to finalize the connection.

✅ Once done: "The two systems are connected."

Step 2: Configuration: Activating CV scoring and personality questionnaire sending for a job offer

1) Access your job offers and open one

In Cegid: Access your job offers → Open a job offer.

2) Activate Trimoji triggers in the job offer settings

Activate the Trimoji CV and Personality triggers in the job offer settings.

3) Select the ideal job (Personi)

Choose the ideal job created on Trimoji for your job offer.

✅ Result: Every CV entering the process for this offer will be analyzed.

4) CV and Personality Analysis per Candidate Profile

You can also conduct your assessments directly from a candidate's profile, on a case-by-case basis.

Usage: Read Matching and Accelerate Shortlisting

CVs Arrive → Trimoji Calculates Matching %

Upon receiving applications, Trimoji calculates a matching percentage with the job offer.

Filter to Prioritize

You can filter your list to focus on the CVs most likely to match.

Open Candidate Profile: Explainability + PDF

On the candidate profile:

you view matching explainability
you can download the PDF
View soft skills matching and associated reports

Explainability and Compliance

The integration document indicates that the PDF:

analyzes the CV
explains the origin of the scoring with transparent criteria and clear justification of the decision-making process used by the AI
