A good profile, poorly prepared, quickly becomes... useless.

A recruiter, a manager, or an HR client doesn't have time to read 12 pages if they don't know what to get out of it.
Therefore, you must make choices: simplify, adapt, clarify.

The form of the profile matters almost as much as the content.

🧩 Step 1 - Choose the right generation

Adapt your generation according to your wishes.

Recipient	Recommended Sections	Objective
Recruitment firm	Personality summary, Global matching, Soft skills matching, Required skills, Resume, etc.	The complete "fit"
IT Consulting Firm	Skills summary and Detailed Experience	Get straight to the point, verify operational readiness
Both	All previous information	The complete package

🧩 Step 2 - Choose the right sections

🎛 Customize content based on the recipient

Here is a selection grid of sections to activate based on the context:

Recipient	Recommended Sections	Objective
HR / Talent Acquisition	Personality summary, Global matching, Soft skills matching, Required skills, Resume	Validate the complete "fit"
Operational Manager	Skills overview, Resume, Summary, Overall score	Get straight to the point, verify operational readiness
Prospect	Anonymized profile, Matching, Skills overview, Resume analysis	Showcase the quality of your profiles
Internal Jury / Short list	Complete profile or multi-profile in standardized version	Effectively compare multiple candidates
Internal Mobility	Summary + Resume + Soft Skills	Present without overwhelming

💡 Tip: do not display more than 6 sections unless the recipient has requested a complete report.

📐 Step 3 - Structure the reading

🧭 Order of blocks = reading logic

The default order is not always optimal.

Examples:
HR: start with the global matching, then personality.
Manager: start with skills and resume.
Prospect: highlight the visual summary, then a few key figures.

🎯 Objective: save your interlocutor time and make them read what convinces them first.

✍️ Step 4 - Add context

💬 Never send a "silent" profile

A profile without an introduction or commentary loses 50% of its impact.

👉 In your sending email, remember to:

Indicate the targeted role
Explain why this profile is relevant
Highlight 2 to 3 key elements from the profile
Specify what you expect from the recipient (opinion, feedback, appointment?)

🧠 Example:

"Here is the profile of Yasmine B., whom I am putting forward for your Office Manager position. She stands out for her great rigor (high score on the structural dimension) and her experience in a startup environment. Global matching at 92%. Profile attached. What do you think?"

📌 Summary - 3 Mistakes to Avoid

❌ Sending everything, without filtering → The client won't read it
❌ Not contextualizing → The client doesn't understand the relevance
❌ Sending a meaningless profile → This discredits your added value

Preparing a profile is not just clicking "download PDF".
It's making a strategic choice about what to show, in what order, and with what message.
It is this preparation that can transform an analysis tool... into a sales tool.
