The candidate file is much more than a simple PDF: it is a professional, structured, and customizable deliverable that allows you to present a profile in a clear, engaging, and impactful way.

It centralizes all the useful information for a client or a manager:

Trimoji soft skills analysis
CV
Personi (ideal profile)
Internal notes
Detailed job/profile matching

🔍 It becomes a decision-making tool, for discussion, and argumentation.

📌 Concrete use cases:

Save time in shortlisting meetings
Send a proactive push to a client about a golden profile!
Justify a shortlist choice when faced with multiple decision-makers

❌ Drawbacks of a "classic" candidate file

In most cases, recruiters send profiles in an artisanal way:
📎 A CV PDF by email
📝 A copy-pasted internal note
📤 A link to a shared document

But this poses several limitations:

Problem	Consequence
Scattered information	Confusing to read, poor understanding of the profile
No branding	Your company or HR brand image is invisible
No objective comparison	No link to the actual need, no matching
No standardization	Each recruiter does it their own way
No shared soft skills analysis	Lack of depth in the presentation
GDPR risks (manual anonymization)	Legal risks + time wasted

You will see in the following chapters how Trimoji allows you to generate a clear, complete, and visually engaging document!
