Create Personi quickly and in bulk, aligned with:

Your active job postings
Your market
Your events (job dating, sourcing campaigns)
Your real-time agency needs

And most importantly:

👉 Automatically archive Personi when the posting disappears from the career site.

👉 Maintain a clean, up-to-date, and usable repository.

🧠 Why Create Personi from a Career Site?

Creating a Personi manually is precise... but time-consuming.

Creating a Personi automatically from your job postings:

🔄 Synchronizes with your market reality
⏱ Saves enormous amounts of time
🎯 Ensures consistency between published job postings and the predictive model
🧩 Enables immediately usable CV + soft skills matching

Important reminder:

The Personi is the foundation of Hard + Soft skills matching. Without a Personi, there is no reliable predictive model.

⚙️ How it Works: Connecting to Your Career Site

Step 1 - Add Your Career Site

In:
My Account → Career Sites

Enter the URL of your job postings page
(e.g.: https://mysite.com/our-jobs/)

Click Validate

👉 Trimoji automatically detects new job postings.

Step 2 - Automatic Personi Creation

For each new job posting detected:

🔍 Analysis of the description
🧠 Extraction of hard skills
🧩 Generation of a soft + hard Personi
📌 Activation for CV matching

The Personi becomes immediately usable for:

CV screening
Scoring
Candidate comparison
Job posting ↔ candidate matching

Step 3 - Automatic Archiving

If the job posting disappears from the career site:

❌ The Personi is automatically archived
🧹 Your database remains clean
📊 Your analyses remain consistent
🧠 You don't clutter your repository

This is critical for agencies with 20-50 fluctuating job postings.

🏢 Use Case 1: Recruitment Agency

🎯 Problem

An agency posts 30 job openings.
They evolve weekly.

Creating Personi manually?
→ Impossible to maintain over time.

🚀 Solution

Connect to the career site.

Result:

All Personi are generated automatically
Always aligned with current job postings
No omissions
No discrepancy between the job posting and the predictive model

👉 The agency can:

Screen in bulk
Use Livi immediately
Compare CVs via Personi
Save 80-90% of time on pre-selection

🎪 Use Case 2: Job Dating / Recruitment Event

🎯 Objective

Arrive at the event with:

Personi already created
Job postings already modeled
Matching ready

🚀 Process

Post job openings on the career site
Automatic synchronization
Personi generated
Matching active

On the day:

Scan CVs
Instant matching
Real-time scoring
Quick orientation

No improvisation. Predictive model ready.

🧩 Best Practices

✅ 1. Verify job description details

A Personi depends on the quality of the job description.
Vague posting = vague model.

✅ 2. Regularly clean up outdated job postings

Automatic archiving helps, but check your career pages.

✅ 3. Adjust if necessary

A generated Personi can be refined manually:

Soft skill adjustment
Weighting
Specific criteria

A Personi is not an HR hunch.
It's a predictive model based on a real brief.
The better the brief aligns with the market, the more effective the matching.

📊 Business Impact

For an agency or company:

🔄 Personi always up-to-date
⚡ Instant screening
📉 Fewer hiring mistakes
🧠 Consistency between job posting, CV, and personality
📈 Better candidate experience

🧨 Critical Point

If you post 30 poorly written job descriptions, you generate 30 approximate Personi.

👉 The quality of the model depends on the brief.

Key pedagogical reminder:
A Personi = a predictive model.
A poorly calibrated predictive model = false positives / false negatives.
