Boond is an ERP designed to streamline recruitment, project, and talent management. By integrating Trimoji, you gain access to an artificial intelligence layer dedicated to predictive soft skill analysis, automated CV sorting, and ideal profile generation.

This chapter guides you step-by-step through activating the integration, automatically creating candidate profiles, sending personality questionnaires, and leveraging the results to identify the best profiles in your talent pool. The goal: accelerate your recruitment, validate your choices, and enhance the candidate experience – all without leaving your ERP.

1. 🔗 Activate Trimoji Integration

Steps:

Go to the Marketplace in BoondManager.
Search for the Trimoji application.
Integrate your API key Trimoji (available in your Trimoji account).
Then define the authorized users to use this application.

✅ Result: The two software are connected. You can now use Trimoji without leaving your ERP.

2. 🧬 Use Matching to Find the Right Profiles

From your BoondManager dashboard, you can:

Access Trimoji directly.
Sync your opportunities to automatically generate ideal profiles (Personi).
your CVs of your candidates or resources are automatically analyzed.

🔎 The Personi is generated from the job requirements (opportunity), creating a soft and hard skill benchmark for matching.

Then, follow these steps:

Access the Needs tab then Positioning in BoondManager.
Trimoji analyzes soft + hard skills to calculate a matching score with the position from your talent pool.

This score is based on the automatically generated Personi, and allows you to rank the most compatible profiles with your needs and quickly identify who is the right fit for the job.

3. 📩 Send a Trimoji Personality Questionnaire

If you wish, you can access all the data regarding the personality of your profiles.

You can send them a personality questionnaire based on reliable and recognized psychometric models (DISC, MBTI, BIG 5, etc.).

Steps:

Go to a Candidate or Resource profile.
Click on the Overview tab, then scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click the Send Trimoji Questionnaire button.

💡 An email is automatically sent to the candidate, in your company's name, with a link to a personality test (approx. 15 min).

The message is designed to limit biases (social desirability, ignorance) and reassure the candidate about the purpose of the test.

🧠 Candidate access to the results is configurable by the recruiter.

Once the questionnaire is completed, you have access to 5 downloadable reports directly from BoondManager:

Soft Skills Summary (1 page)
Interview Guide (3 pages)
Full Personality Report (16 pages)
Onboarding Report (6 pages)
Link to the full web analysis

These reports help you with:

Recruitment
Decision-making support
Onboarding
Coaching and support

4. 👤 Create Candidate Profiles

The candidate profile in Boond, generated via Trimoji, is a comprehensive tool that centralizes all key candidate information. It includes a detailed analysis of CV, soft skills, as well as precise matching with the ideal profile for the position, thanks to Personi.

This profile also compiles personality reports based on behavioral assessments, offering an overview of the candidate's skills, personality, and fit with the work environment.

Easily editable and fully GDPR compliant, this profile allows recruiters to make more informed and faster decisions while saving valuable time on screening applications.

Steps

In the dashboard, go to the Trimoji tab to start the integration with the Trimoji analysis solution.
Associate profiles with your Personi (position):
- Select a predefined Personi profile that matches the position you are recruiting for. Each profile is based on a set of soft skills and hard skills criteria.
- Add the chosen profiles with the ideal model.
Generate the complete profile for each candidate:
- The candidate profile is automatically generated with detailed information about the candidate's profile, including:
  - Skills Profile: a summary of their CV and key skills.
  - Soft Skills Analysis: a summary of their behavioral and interpersonal aptitudes.
  - Matching with the Position: comparison between the candidate's profile and the position to be filled.
  - Personality Report: based on the Trimoji questionnaire, with a psychometric analysis of their personality.
Send the profile to your client:
- Once you have the complete profile, you can send it directly or use it to organize interviews and make informed decisions about the candidate.

The Trimoji x BoondManager integration offers you a decisive advantage: transforming a management ERP into a true predictive analysis hub. You gain time, relevance, and quality of candidate experience.
