The concept of Personi is based on the idea of creating a profile (Soft and Hard) that an ideal candidate should possess for a given position.

It is a kind of behavioral and expressive ID card that we want to find in a future employee.

Each Personi is customizable: you can adjust skills or criteria at any time based on experience feedback or changes in the job brief, to make your selection more precise.

Here is the result page for your Personi:

Several sections are present:

Ideal Personality	Ideal Education	Ideal Experience	Ideal Knowledge
Ideal Skills	Keyword Weighting	Geolocation	Keyword Filtering
Driver's license	Languages	Contract Information	Job Offer URL

The Personi allows you to do 2 things!

SCORE AND FILTER your resumes.

For all these sections, you can define a weighting, in other words, a degree of importance in your search.

For the first 7 sections, the weighting ranges from 0% to 100%. These will be used to score your resumes!

If the weighting is set to 0%, this section will not be taken into account in the resume search.

You can set your weightings on all sections by clicking on the padlock.

At 100%, you will only consider this section in your search.

Example 1 - complete search

Example 2 - search based solely on Soft Skills

The next 3 criteria will be used to filter your resumes and thus obtain the most relevant ones.

The button allows you to define whether this part should be taken into account in the matching score with resumes. If it is , then this part is not considered for the search.

After defining this first level of weighting, you can further refine by adjusting the weight of different elements within each section.

Details of the different sections

1. Soft Skills

To develop a Soft Skills Personi, we use different personality dimensions that are evaluated on a percentage scale. This allows for a nuanced and precise profile of what you are looking for in a candidate. However, it is crucial to understand that pushing all dimensions to 100% is not only unrealistic but also impossible. Indeed, some dimensions are intrinsically opposed, meaning that an increase in one will necessarily lead to a decrease in the other.

Move the sliders to define your personi's personality and view them in different psychometric models.

Here are the components defining the traits of the Soft Skills Personi:

Introverted: This dimension assesses an individual's ability to remain quiet, discreet, and attentive to others.
Extroverted: It reflects the ease of interacting and building connections with others.
Analytical: This aspect measures the ability to appreciate concrete facts and adopt a pragmatic approach.
Intuitive: This component analyzes the tendency to trust one's gut feeling and follow intuition.
Logical: It assesses the tendency to make reasonable and thoughtful choices.
Empathetic: This dimension measures the ability to understand and share the emotions of others.
Rule-follower: This indicates a preference for an orderly environment and adherence to established rules.
Flexible: This dimension assesses openness to change and appreciation for the unexpected.
Rational: It measures the ability to exercise common sense and adopt a realistic approach.
Diplomatic: This component analyzes skill in dialogue and negotiation.
Adaptable: It assesses the ability to adapt and responsiveness.
Organized: This dimension measures the ability to organize and structure one's environment and work.

Example of coherence

To illustrate the coherence and interrelation between these components, let's consider the following example:

If the "social" aspect is set to 80%, the "calm" aspect could be reduced to 20%, as a very social person is generally less calm and more extroverted.

Conclusion

Thus, the creation of a "Personi" is an exercise in balance where you define the ideal proportions of each trait for the position to be filled, taking into account the natural trade-offs between different personality traits. It is a powerful tool for clarifying expectations and facilitating the search for the ideal candidate.

2. Ideal Education

You will find 3 sub-elements: The degree type, the field of study, and the degree issuance date. You can weight these different elements:

- The Degree Type is a list based on the International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED).

- The Field of Study is a list based on The Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP).
Click on the field to see the reference list and search for the correct field of study.

- The Degree Issuance Date is the year.

3. Ideal Experience

Here you will find 5 sub-criteria: The job title, the industry, the company size, the duration in months of this experience, and the recency. You can weight them by indicating a percentage of importance.

The Job Title is a list based on the International Standard Classification of Occupations (SOC) and the French classification (ROME).
Click on the field to see the reference list and search for the correct job title.

The Industry is a list based on the European classification (NACE), which is the most comprehensive classification to date.
Click on the field to see the reference list and search for the correct industry.

The Company Size is a list of 7 entries, from 0 to over 5000 employees.

The Experience Duration is a numerical field. It should be defined in months.

The Recency, also a numerical field in months, is the temporal proximity of this experience to the current period (Is it still relevant, or is it an experience from over 2 years ago?).

4. Skills

This is a list of 33 skills based on the international O*NET reference.

Regardless of the job, this reference will be the same. It's the percentages that will change.

Each element is calculated based on the job description, but you can adjust the sliders as you wish.
Each skill is independent of the others.

5. Knowledge

This is a list of 35 Knowledge areas based on the international O*NET reference.

Regardless of the job, this reference will be the same. It's the percentages that will change.

Each element is calculated based on the job description, but you can adjust the sliders as you wish.
Each knowledge area is independent of the others.

6. Keyword Weighting

Add the keywords you want for your search. Type the word in the associated field and click on Add.

Keywords added here will affect the matching score!
Unlike keyword filtering, which directly filters results!

You can then make these keywords exact!

For example, to search for a backend software developer, you want to find resumes mentioning the Java programming language. However, another programming language exists, Javascript, which is completely different from the first. You therefore want to prioritize resumes mentioning Java. If you don't do this, resumes mentioning Javascript might rank higher in your search.

7. Geolocation

If it is important for your search, specify a location for the position and a radius around that location to search for candidates closer or further from the chosen location.

As soon as you type a location, for example Lyon, a list of locations will appear. This list comes from the Google Maps API.

8. Keyword Filtering

Filter your resumes using keywords and BOOLEANS in your resume search. Find only the resumes relevant to your position.

Add as many search categories as you want. And define the condition to apply in your keywords. (AND - OR - NOT)!

9. Driver's license

Choose the desired driver's licenses from the provided list.
Once added, you can make them mandatory (present in the resume) for the resume search.

10. Languages

Add the desired languages for your search. Then click on Add.

You can then make these languages mandatory (present in the resume).

Once all these parameters are set, click on the Save Personi button at the bottom right.
