Every client is different. Every situation too.

That's why a candidate profile should never be static. It needs to be able to adapt to its recipient, to the objective pursued, and to the sensitivity of the information being transmitted.

Thanks to Trimoji, you can customize each profile (logos, colors, comments, section order...) to make it more professional, clearer, and especially more impactful.

And because confidentiality is sometimes essential, you can also anonymize certain sensitive data of the candidate with one click, to preserve their privacy and comply with legal frameworks (GDPR).

✏️ 1. Visual Customization

🔧 Customizable Elements:

Element	Description
Recruiter Logo	Your company or firm's logo (default)
Client Logo	Replaces your logo if you want a 100% white-label submission
Profile Color	Stay as close as possible to your end client
Profile Name	Visible at the top of the PDF file – it should be explicit
Job Title	Used to contextualize the need
Comments or Pitch	Customizable text boxes in certain sections (e.g., why this profile)
Cover Page Title	Give a catchy title corresponding to your company

Editable Section	Logo Visualization on PDF

💡 Best Practices:

Prepare a firm template for your regular submissions
Customize for a strategic client with their logo + their language
Write a catchy opening sentence that makes people want to read further

🕵️ 2. Anonymization

🎯 Objective:

Ensure the confidentiality of the candidate while highlighting their skills, and avoid client-side perception biases.

🔒 Elements that can be anonymized:

Element	Hidden if anonymization is enabled
Candidate's Full Name	✅ replaced by an alias
Contact Information (email/phone)	✅
Original CV	✅ or replaced by a summary

❓ How to do it?

Enable report anonymization at the top of the list.

An alias has been created by default, but you can set your own naming convention!

💡 When to activate anonymization?

Use Case	Recommended?
Sending to multiple clients for the same profile	✅
Candidate currently employed / sensitive situation	✅
Presentation to a prospect	✅
Shortlist meeting with only one client	❌ (unless explicitly requested)

⚖️ Bonus: GDPR Compliance

Anonymization is also a way to ensure compliance with GDPR when:

The candidate has not yet authorized the sharing of personally identifiable information
You want to limit the dissemination of personal information internally

💾 3. Saving and Reusing Templates

⚙️ How it works

After configuring a profile (section order, logos, displayed/hidden elements, visual style...), you can save this configuration as a template. This template can then be applied with one click to other candidate profiles.

Steps:

Customize a candidate profile according to your needs.
Click on "Save as template".
Give the template a clear name (e.g., "Client X Template – Full Version").
When creating or editing a new profile, select the template from the list to automatically apply all preferences.

💡 Useful Template Examples

Client Template:
- Client's logo
- Sections relevant to this specific client
- Order and level of detail adapted to their reading habits
CV Push Template:
- Anonymized profile
- Sections focused on quick added value (Matching, Key Skills, CV Analysis)
- Concise format
"Operational Manager" Template:
- CV + Skills Overview + Global Matching first
- Little to no technical details

🚀 Benefits

Time Saving: no need to reconfigure each profile manually anymore.
Consistency: all profiles sent to the same client or in the same context maintain the same format.
Flexibility: ability to create multiple styles adapted to different types of recipients.
Professionalism: a more structured and polished image with clients.

A good profile is not just complete: it is relevant, adapted, and readable. Use customization to gain professionalism, and anonymization to build trust.
