CV Matching with Trimoji × Eolia Software

Learn how to create your Personi, activate automatic CV analysis in Eolia, and view scores and their explanations.

Good to know: the Eolia connector only covers CV matching (hard skills). It does not include the personality questionnaire or soft skills matching. The technical connection is made within the day.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

Activate the integration between Trimoji and Eolia.
Build a Personi suited to a job offer.
Associate a Personi with an offer and activate automatic CV analysis.
Read a score and open its detailed analysis.
Manually analyze the CV of an existing candidate.

Prerequisites: a Trimoji account, Eolia access with appropriate rights, and a recruitment offer.

STEP 01
Connect Trimoji to Eolia

From Trimoji, open Integrations, then copy your API key. Send it to Eolia support via a secure channel to activate the connection. Activation within the day.

STEP 02

Create the Personi in Trimoji

In My Personi, create the job's reference profile: either with the AI assistant, or from the URL of a job offer. A Personi must be created on Trimoji before it can be associated with an Eolia offer.

Choosing Personi creation methods, page 12. — Choosing Personi creation methods.

STEP 03

Verify Criteria and Weightings

Review the generated criteria: education, experience, skills, knowledge. Adjust their weights according to the actual requirements of the position, then save the Personi. Weightings affect the matching score.

STEP 04

Associate the Personi with an Eolia Offer

In Eolia, go to Position, open the offer and its settings. Activate the Trimoji trigger and then select the corresponding Personi.

STEP 05

Activate Automatic Analysis

In the same settings, indicate whether incoming CVs should be analyzed automatically. Save the settings. New applications concerned will then be compared to the associated Personi.

STEP 06

View Scores in Eolia

Return to the list of candidates for the offer. A CV/Position matching score appears for the analyzed applications. It summarizes the correspondence with the weighted criteria of the Personi.

STEP 07

Understand the Result Explainability

From the candidate's profile, open the Trimoji details. Consult the matches and discrepancies between the CV and the job criteria, as well as the analysis document accessible from this view.

Access to matching analysis details, page 36. — Access to matching analysis details.

STEP 08

Launch an On-Demand CV Analysis

For a candidate already present in Eolia, open their profile and launch the CV analysis by clicking on the relevant position. This action complements the automatic analysis of incoming applications.

The 3 Rules to Remember

1. The right score starts with the right Personi. Check your criteria before activating automatic processing.

2. A score is not a verdict. It measures the correspondence between a CV and the job's reference profile, not the candidate's value.

3. Humans make the decision. Use the explainability to check discrepancies during the interview. A skill not listed on a CV is not necessarily absent.

Practical Exercise · 5 minutes

On a test offer, perform the following actions:

Check or create the Personi corresponding to the position.
Open the offer in Eolia and associate the Personi.
Activate automatic analysis of incoming CVs.
View a matching score, if a candidate is available.
Explain, in your own words, the difference between the score and the analysis details.
