🔗 How to activate the Trimoji integration in Teamtailor?

🛠 Step 1: Connect your Trimoji account to Teamtailor

1. Log in to Teamtailor and go to Settings > API Keys.

2. Create an API key named "Trimoji" (read/write - admin mode).

3. Copy this key.

4. Open the Teamtailor Marketplace, search for Trimoji, and click on Activate.

5. Enter the two keys:

   • Teamtailor API Key (copied in step 3)

   • Trimoji Admin Key (found in your Trimoji interface)

6. Click on Update: the integration is now active!

⚙ Step 2: Automate CV screening and matching

Example configuration in a job opening:

1. Click on the "magic wand" icon in the Inbox column.

2. Add a Trimoji trigger:

   • Choose the Trimoji campaign to associate.

   • Enable Hard Skills analysis (CV analysis).

   • Set a matching threshold (e.g., > 70%) to move good candidates to the next stage.

3. In the Interview column:

   • Add a second trigger for Soft Skills analysis.

   • Use the same campaign.

   • The candidate will automatically receive an email with the link to the questionnaire.
