🔗 How to activate the Trimoji integration in Teamtailor?
Step 1
🛠 Connect your Trimoji account to Teamtailor
1️⃣ Log in to Teamtailor and go to Settings > API Keys.
2️⃣ Create an API key named "Trimoji" (read/write - admin mode).
3️⃣ Copy this key.
4️⃣ Open the Teamtailor Marketplace, search for Trimoji, then click Activate.
Enter the two keys:
The Teamtailor API key (copied in step 3) AND the Trimoji admin key (found in your Trimoji interface).
Click Update: the integration is now active!
Step 2
⚙ Automate CV screening and matching
Example configuration in a job posting:
1️⃣ Click the "magic wand" icon in the Inbox column.
2️⃣ Add a Trimoji trigger:
3️⃣ Choose the Trimoji campaign to associate.
4️⃣ Enable Hard Skills analysis (CV analysis).
5️⃣ Set a matching threshold (e.g., > 70%) to move good candidates to the next stage.
In the Interview column:
1️⃣ Add a second trigger for Soft Skills analysis.
2️⃣ Use the same campaign.
3️⃣ The candidate will automatically receive an email with the link to the questionnaire.
