Boond is an ERP designed to streamline the management of recruitment, projects, and talents. By integrating Trimoji, you gain access to an artificial intelligence layer dedicated to predictive soft skills analysis, automated CV screening, and ideal profile generation.
This chapter guides you step-by-step through activating the integration, automatically creating candidate files, sending personality questionnaires, and leveraging the results to identify the best profiles in your talent pool. The objective: accelerate your recruitment, ensure reliable choices, and improve the candidate experience – all without leaving your ERP.
1. 🔗 Activate Trimoji Integration
Steps:

Go to the BoondManager Marketplace.

Search for the Trimoji application.

Integrate your Trimoji API key (available in your Trimoji space).

Then, define the users authorized to use this application.
✅ Result: The two software are connected. You can now use Trimoji without leaving your ERP.
2. 🧬 Use Matching to Find the Right Profiles
From your BoondManager dashboard, you can:

Access Trimoji directly.
-
Synchronize your opportunities to automatically generate ideal profiles (Personi).

The CVs of your candidates or resources are automatically analyzed.
🔎 The Personi is generated from the job requirements (opportunity), creating a benchmark of soft and hard skills for matching.
Then, follow these steps:

Access the Needs then Positioning tab in BoondManager.

Trimoji analyzes soft + hard skills to calculate a matching score with the position from your talent pool.
This score is based on the automatically generated Personi, and allows you to rank the most compatible profiles with your needs and quickly know who is right for the job.
3. 📩 Send a Trimoji Personality Questionnaire
If you wish, you can obtain all the data concerning the personality of your profiles.
You can send them a personality questionnaire based on reliable and recognized psychometric models (DISC, MBTI, BIG 5, etc.).
Steps:

Go to a Candidate or Resource file.

Click on the Preview tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click on the Send Trimoji Questionnaire button.
💡 An email is automatically sent to the candidate, in your company's name, with a link to a personality test (approx. 15 min).
The message is designed to limit biases (social desirability, ignorance) and reassure the candidate about the test's purpose.
🧠 Access to the results for the candidate is configurable by the recruiter.

The candidate file in Boond, generated via Trimoji, is a comprehensive tool that centralizes all key candidate information. It includes a detailed analysis of the CV, soft skills, as well as precise matching with the ideal job profile thanks to Personi.
This file also compiles personality reports based on behavioral assessments, offering an overall view of the candidate's skills, personality, and fit with the work environment.
Easily editable and fully GDPR compliant, this file allows recruiters to make more informed and faster decisions while saving valuable time on CV screening.
Steps

Associate profiles with a Personi (job):

Select a predefined Personi profile that matches the job you are recruiting for. Each profile is based on a set of soft skills and hard skills criteria.

Add the chosen profiles with the ideal model.
