Ernest

Before any use, you need to connect your Ernest account to Trimoji via an API key.

Steps:

1. From any page on the Ernest platform, click on your user profile.

2. Go to the Trimoji Tokens section.

3. Paste the API key you retrieved from your Trimoji account.

✅ Once the key is entered, Trimoji is activated in Ernest.

2. 📤 Sending a Trimoji questionnaire

From a candidate profile:

1. Access a job offer or your candidate pool.

2. Click on the candidate's profile concerned.

3. Click on the "Send a Trimoji questionnaire" button (top right).

4. The test is launched: the candidate receives an email with a link to the test.

🧠 The test focuses on the candidate's soft skills and personality.

3. 📊 Viewing results

As soon as the candidate has completed the questionnaire, you are notified directly in Ernest.

You can then access the Trimoji analysis in three ways:

• ✅ Directly in the Ernest candidate profile (integrated view)

• ✅ By downloading the PDF report

• ✅ Via the result URL (shareable)

🎯 The analysis includes:

• A matching score with the targeted position

• A personality summary

• And depending on the options: full report, interview guide, onboarding, etc.
