1️⃣ Activate the integration

• Go to the Flatchr marketplace.

• Activate the Trimoji integration.

• When activating, choose the pipeline column that will serve as a trigger.
  👉 Example: any candidate moved to the “Personality / Soft Skills” column will automatically receive their Trimoji questionnaire.

2️⃣ Candidate journey

1. The candidate is moved to the defined column.

2. Flatchr automatically triggers the sending of an email generated by Trimoji.

3. The candidate takes their questionnaire (~15 minutes).

4. The soft skills reports are directly uploaded to the Flatchr candidate profile.

3️⃣ Email customization

• The email is sent from Trimoji (not from Flatchr).

• You can modify its content (text, tone, signature) from your Trimoji account options.

• This flexibility allows you to align the message with your company culture and HR practices.

4️⃣ Results available in Flatchr

• Reports available directly in the candidate's profile:

  • 1 page: summary.

  • 6 pages: synthesis.

  • 18 pages: complete analysis.

• No need to leave Flatchr: everything is centralized.

5️⃣ Best practices

• Inform the candidate thoroughly beforehand to reduce social desirability bias (see Trimoji preamble).

• Regularly check your email settings to maintain clear and consistent communication.

• Use the appropriate report format depending on the stage of the process (quick screening vs. full debrief).
