Activate the Integration

To begin, navigate to the Flatchr marketplace and activate the Trimoji integration.

During activation, select the pipeline stage that will serve as the trigger. For example, any candidate moved to the "Personality / Soft Skills" stage will automatically receive their Trimoji questionnaire.

Step 2

Optimized Candidate Journey

• The candidate is moved to the defined Flatchr stage.

• Flatchr automatically triggers the sending of a Trimoji-generated email to the candidate.

• The candidate completes their Trimoji questionnaire (approx. 15 minutes).

• Soft skill assessment reports are directly integrated into the Flatchr candidate profile.

Step 3

Email Customization

• The email is sent directly from Trimoji (not from Flatchr).

• You have the option to edit its content (text, tone, signature) from your Trimoji account settings.

• This flexibility allows you to align the message with your company culture and HR practices.

Step 4

Results Available Directly in Flatchr

The soft skill assessment reports are available directly in the candidate profile:

• 1 page: a quick summary for an initial overview.

• 6 pages: a more detailed summary for in-depth analysis.

• 18 pages: a comprehensive analysis for a complete understanding of the candidate's soft skills.

No need to leave Flatchr: everything is centralized for maximum efficiency.

Tips

Best Practices for Optimal Use

• Clearly inform the candidate beforehand to reduce social desirability bias (see Trimoji preamble).

• Regularly check your email settings in Trimoji to maintain clear and consistent communication.

• Use the report format that best suits each stage of the recruitment process (quick screening vs. full debrief).
