What is the Trimoji-Recruitee Integration?

The integration between Trimoji and Recruitee allows for the automation of candidate evaluation directly within your recruitment process. You can send tests to candidates with a single click from Recruitee and automatically receive the results in their profile, thereby facilitating decision-making and optimizing recruitment.

Integration Setup

1. Generate API Key in Trimoji

1. Log in to your Trimoji account.
2. Go to Settings > Integrate My ATS. (Or click this link)
3. Copy your key by clicking the "Copy API Key" button in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Enable Integration in Recruitee

1. Log in to your Recruitee account.
2. Go to Marketplace. (Or click here)
3. Find Trimoji and click Integrate Now.
4. Click Integrate.
5. Paste your Trimoji API key and click Integrate.
6. Manage permissions and access according to your organization's needs.
7. Click Save, your integration is now active!

Using the Integration

1. Send a Trimoji Test

1. Open a candidate's profile in Recruitee.
2. Click Send a Trimoji Assessment.
3. Select the campaign to send.
4. Click Send.

2. View Results

1. Once the test is completed, the results appear directly on the candidate's profile.
2. Review the scores and report to make informed decisions.

Data Exchanged

Data sent from Recruitee to Trimoji

• Candidate's first and last name
• Candidate's email address
• Candidate's ID in Recruitee

Data sent from Trimoji to Recruitee

• Assessment score
• Assessment report
• Questionnaire status (completed, in progress, pending)
