1. What is Taleez?

Taleez is an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), which means a candidate management tool that allows recruiters to:

• Centralize all applications on a single platform

• Structure their recruitments via a visual pipeline (columns, stages)

• Post job openings on multiple channels (career site, job boards)

• Track candidates effectively (notes, evaluations, history, follow-ups)

2. Why integrate Trimoji into Taleez?

Trimoji enriches Taleez with a predictive analysis layer based on soft skills AND hard skills, directly integrated into the recruitment process.

Specifically, with the integration:

📄 Incoming CVs are automatically analyzed as soon as they enter the process.

🧠 Hard skills, transferable skills, and job fit are scored.

3. How to activate Trimoji in Taleez?

Simple activation, no fuss:

1. From Taleez, click on your account (top right)

2. Go to Settings > App store

3. Search for Trimoji and click on the plugin

4. Follow the steps:

   • Retrieve your API key from Trimoji

   • Send it to Taleez support: [email protected]

✅ Once confirmed by support, the integration is active.

4. How to use Trimoji in Taleez?

📥 Upon receiving applications

• Incoming CVs are automatically analyzed

• Candidates are scored on hard skills and job fit

• You immediately see which profiles deserve your attention thanks to the hard skills matching score

🚀 Automatic or manual sending of soft skills questionnaires

From the candidate profile:

1. Click on More > Send a Trimoji questionnaire

2. Select the campaign related to the job

   ⚠️ The campaign must be associated with a Personi created beforehand in Trimoji

3. The candidate receives their questionnaire by email

Via the trigger on the desired column, the candidate automatically receives their questionnaire by email.

In both cases, you will see a soft skills matching score with the associated reports!

• View the overall matching score (hard + soft skills)

• View and download the detailed analysis report in PDF
