1. What is Taleez?

Taleez is an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), meaning a candidate management tool that allows recruiters to:

Centralize all applications on a single platform
Structure their recruitments through a visual pipeline (columns, steps)
Publish job openings on multiple channels (career site, job boards)
Effectively track candidates (notes, evaluations, history, follow-ups)

👉 In short: Taleez is used to organize and streamline daily recruitment, while improving the candidate experience.

2. Why integrate Trimoji into Taleez?

Trimoji enhances Taleez with a predictive analytics layer based on soft skills AND hard skills, directly integrated into the recruitment process.

Specifically, with the integration:

📄 Incoming CVs are automatically analyzed as soon as they enter the process
🧠 Hard skills, transferable skills, and job fit are scored
🎯 Soft skills are evaluated through personality questionnaires
⚡ Automatic triggers (soft + hard skills) allow for:
- sending a questionnaire at the right time
- prioritizing the right profiles without manual action
📊 You get a candidate ↔ job match score based on your Personi (ideal profile)

👉 We no longer just store CVs: we understand them, compare them, and prioritize them.

🎯 Clear objective:
Recruit faster, fairer, and with explainable decisions, based on data and not just intuition.

3. How to activate Trimoji in Taleez?

Simple activation, no hassle:

From Taleez, click on your account (top right)

4. How to use Trimoji in Taleez?

📥 Upon receiving applications

Incoming CVs are automatically analyzed
Candidates are scored on hard skills and job fit
You immediately see which profiles deserve your attention thanks to the hard skills match score

🚀 Automatic or manual sending of soft skills questionnaires

From the candidate profile:

Click on More > Send a Trimoji questionnaire
Select the campaign related to the job
⚠️ The campaign must be associated with a Personi created beforehand in Trimoji
The candidate receives their questionnaire by email

Via the trigger on the desired column, the candidate automatically receives their questionnaire by email.

In both cases, you will see a soft skills match score with the associated reports!

🔎 After analysis

In Taleez, you can:

Track the progress of questionnaires in real-time
View the overall match score (hard + soft skills)
Consult and download the detailed PDF analysis report
Objectively compare multiple candidates for the same job opening

✅ In summary (no bullshit)

Taleez + Trimoji means:

A structured ATS + real analytical intelligence
CVs analyzed automatically, not just stored
Soft & hard skills triggers integrated into the process
Recruitment decisions that are faster, more reliable, and explainable

👉 In short: less manual sorting, fewer mistakes, better recruitment.
