Member management allows multiple employees to use the same Trimoji environment from a single company account.

This feature is particularly useful for:

🏢 Recruitment teams,
🏢 Recruitment agencies,
🏢 Managers involved in recruitment,
🏢 Multi-site HR departments,
🏢 Organizations wishing to centralize their analyses and reports.

Why use member management?

With member management, you can:

✅ invite multiple users to your space,
✅ assign roles and permissions,
✅ centralize analyses and reports,
✅ share a common working environment,
✅ manage a predefined number of user seats.

This helps to avoid:

❌ account sharing,
❌ information loss,
❌ scattered environments,
❌ recruitment tracking issues.

How user seats work

Each account can have a specific number of user seats.

A seat corresponds to:

an active user who can access the Trimoji platform.

When a seat is occupied:

a new user cannot be invited until a seat has been freed up or added.

Contact Trimoji

Add a member

From the member management interface:

Enter the employee's email address.
Select their role.
Click on Send invitation.

The employee will then receive an email allowing them to:

⏩ create their access,
⏩ join your Trimoji environment,
⏩ use the authorized features.

Invite multiple members at once

Trimoji also allows for multiple invitations.

Simply activate the Invite multiple option and add one email per line.

This is practical for onboarding an entire team and quickly deploying Trimoji in an agency or company.

Track pending invitations

An invited person does not immediately appear among active members: they must first accept their invitation and create their account.

All individuals who have not yet completed their registration are grouped in the "Pending Invitations" section.

You can find there:

the invited person's email address,
the role assigned to them,
the date of the first invitation,
the date of the last sending,
the number of invitations sent.

Resend an invitation

Has someone not yet created their account?

Simply click on "Resend" to send them a new invitation.

You can thus resend invitations directly to users awaiting, without having to re-enter their email address or recreate their invitation.

Role management

Depending on your configuration, different roles may be available.

Recruiter,
Administrator,

Each role can have different permissions and a specific access level.

User Management

From the member list, you can:

🛠️ search for a user,
🛠️ modify their role,
🛠️ delete their access,
🛠️ track active members of your organization.

This helps maintain a structured, secure, and easy-to-manage environment.
