1) Why tracking is vital

A QR code in the window without tracking is like a cash register without a receipt: we don't know what we're collecting.
👉 Tracking means transforming an experiment into a solid process.
Without it, you risk:

invisible or poorly used QRs,
candidates who give up,
or Personis that are too demanding and discouraging.

2) Indicators to track each week

📊 Step by step

1️⃣ QR Scans

How many people triggered the process?
💡 If this number is low → QR poorly placed or poorly explained.

2️⃣ Completion Rate

How many go through with the questionnaire?
💡 If low → problem with administration (noise, no announcement of what's next, message not reassuring).

3️⃣ Matched Applications

How many really correspond to the Personi (soft + hard)?
💡 If low → Personi too selective, or poorly chosen criteria.

4️⃣ Interviews & Hires

How many move on to the next step and are hired?
💡 If low when the matched ones are good → internal process to improve (availability, poorly prepared interview).

3) The continuous improvement ritual

🗓️ 15 minutes per week

Look at your 4 indicators.
Choose only 1 lever to improve.
Decide on a concrete action:
- 📍 Replace a QR code
- 📢 Brief the team on the pitch
- 📝 Lighten a Personi (remove a too blocking criterion)
- 🤫 Improve the administration (quiet corner, debrief held)

4) Concrete example

Week 1: 100 scans → 30 completions.
💡 Action: train the team to better announce what's next → “You will have your results, and we will talk about them together.”
Week 2: 100 scans → 65 completions → only 15 matched.
💡 Action: Personi too strict → remove a criterion.
Week 3: 120 scans → 70 completions → 45 matched → 10 interviews.
💡 Result: stabilized flow → pilot ready to be extended.
