The compatibility modal provides information on the matching between a team member and the others. This matching is represented in the form of a graph, a percentage and also contains a description of the type of relationship between two profiles.

Select the profile to be analyzed

The first step is to select the team member whose compatibility with others you want to know. To do this, simply use the frame at the top of the modal.

Click on the cross to choose another profile to analyze

The selected profile will then be compared to the rest of the team.

Compatibility with the rest of the team

On the right side of this window is the list of other team members. This list is sorted by order of correspondence, the profiles that are most compatible with the reference profile are at the top.

You can click on each team member to display the type of relationship between your reference member and the one you click on.

The type of relationship

The type of relationship is a concept that we will detail in the lesson dedicated to it. But note that the type of relationship is also accompanied by a summary in the form of positive and negative bullet points as well as a description for this relationship.
