Suitable environments: workshops, field, technical, production.

🔹 Investigative (I)

How to read a RIASEC radar

Three key elements:

1. Strong dominant traits

They indicate natural energies.

2. Combinations

Examples:

Social + Conventional → service-oriented structured environment
Artistic + Realistic → technical creation
Investigative + Enterprising → strategy, innovation

3. Weak dimensions

They can indicate:

A lack of appetite
A risk of boredom
Faster fatigue in these activities

Limitations of RIASEC

The RIASEC:

Does not measure skills.
Does not measure academic level.
Does not guarantee success.

A high interest does not equal high performance.

Example:

A person may like the artistic field
but lack the rigor to follow a demanding training.

This is why RIASEC should always be interpreted with personality.

RIASEC and matching

When RIASEC is activated:

Its weighting depends on the slider defined in the Training Personi.
