What is this deliverable for?
The Candidate File (Agency) is the most comprehensive deliverable in the Trimoji range. It brings together in a single structured document all the information available on a candidate: analyzed CV, personality profile, AI synthesis, and a "matching" score with the targeted position.
Designed for recruitment agencies and structured HR teams, this file centralizes a complete overview of a candidate in a single PDF document, ready to be presented to a client, shared in a committee, or archived in a recruitment file.
It allows for an objective recommendation of a profile by relying on both technical skills (hard skills), behavioral profile (soft skills), and the match score with the job requirements.
What the report contains, section by section
The Candidate File is composed of pages dynamically activated according to the file configuration. Each page is preceded by a header indicating the candidate's name, the target position, and a page number out of the total.
1. Cover Page
The cover clearly identifies the file: candidate name, target position and company, client logo. It can take two formats depending on the context: standard version or agency version (layout adapted for client presentation).
2. Recruiter Sheet
The recruiter can include their own information in this section: key skills identified in the candidate (with name, level, and description), main comment, and any qualification notes. This page offers the recruiter's human perspective as a complement to Trimoji's analyses.
3. Candidate Summary
A summary sheet presents the candidate's identity: name, contact details, location, education, languages, driving license, and key information extracted from the CV.
4. Skills Overview
This section presents an aggregated view of the skills detected in the CV: "hard skills" and knowledge, classified and visualized by score bars.
5. Detailed "Hard Skills"
The complete list of technical skills extracted from the CV, with their respective confidence scores. This section allows for quick validation of technical adequacy with the job requirements.
6. Structured CV
The candidate's CV is presented in a standardized format: last experience, list of past positions, highest degree obtained. This consistent format facilitates reading and comparison between candidates.
7. Technological Skills
If specific tools, software, or technologies have been detected in the CV, they are presented in a dedicated section.
8. AI Personality Summary
This section includes the content of the HR File: AI summary of the behavioral profile, RADAR in bars, main contribution, list of strengths (name + description), list of areas for attention (name + description), and recommendations. This is the personalized interpretation of the personality questionnaire integrated directly into the file.
9. Global "Matching" Score
The core of the file: the overall match score between the candidate and the position, expressed as a percentage. This score is a combination of "soft skills" and "hard skills" scores, according to the configured weightings. Four interpretation levels are displayed:
- > 80% : ideal match
- 65 to 79% : good match
- 40 to 64% : correct match
- < 40% : low compatibility
The "soft skills" and "hard skills" scores are also displayed independently to allow for a nuanced interpretation: a candidate may be highly aligned in terms of technical skills but further from the target behavioral profile, and vice versa.
10. "Soft Skills" "Matching" Details
This section details the behavioral match score between the candidate's profile and the job "Brief" ("soft skills") defined for the recruitment.
11. "Hard Skills" "Matching" Details (weighted and detailed)
Two pages cover the CV vs ideal job "Brief" match: a weighted view according to job priorities, and a detailed view skill by skill.
How does it work?
Step 1 — Create the job "brief(s)"
The recruiter creates a "soft skills" job Brief and/or an ideal CV job Brief in Trimoji to define the requirements of the ongoing recruitment.
Step 2 — Qualify the candidate
The candidate uploads their CV (processed and structured by AI) and completes their personality questionnaire. Both data sources feed the file.
Step 3 — Add the recruiter's input
The recruiter enters the key skills they have identified and their qualification comment in the recruiter sheet. This human layer contextualizes the automatic analysis.
Step 4 — Generate and share the file
The complete file is generated in PDF, ready to be sent to the client or presented in a committee. The "matching" score and AI analyses are directly integrated, with no additional formatting required.
Benefits for Recruitment Agencies
✅ Turnkey file: the PDF is ready to be presented to the client without additional formatting.
✅ Well-argued recommendation: the "matching" score objectifies the candidate proposal.
✅ Dual-dimension reading: technical skills AND behavioral profile in a single document.
✅ Client differentiation: the Trimoji file demonstrates a structured and tooled approach to candidate qualification.
✅ Time saving in writing: AI synthesis, structured CV, and scoring are automatically generated.
Use Cases
Presenting a client shortlist
Accompany each application with a complete file to allow the client to compare profiles on the same criteria, with a well-argued recommendation.
Recruitment with a selection committee
Distribute the file to committee members before the decision-making session. The "matching" score and structured sections facilitate discussions and reduce subjective disagreements.
Expert or confidential recruitment
For rare profiles or discreet recruitments, the file allows for presenting a complete qualification without multiplying documents and sources.
FAQ
Are all sections mandatory?
No. The activated sections depend on the available data and the file configuration. If no job "brief" has been created, the "matching" pages will not be generated.
Is the "matching" score reliable?
It is indicative, not absolute. The score reflects the adequacy between the candidate's data and the criteria of the entered "brief". Its reliability depends on the quality of the "brief" and the candidate's data. It is a support for decision-making, not an absolute selection criterion.
Can the file be customized with the agency's colors?
Depending on your configuration. The section header color can be set. The client company logo is displayed automatically if provided.
