The partnership between Rakam and Trimoji

Our history

We have had the pleasure of supporting Rakam since 2021.

They are one of our most loyal clients and the 3rd to join the Trimoji adventure!

Their use of Trimoji

👉 For their internal recruitments (of the firm's consultants) and external recruitments (for their clients)

👉 Over 1000 Trimoji tests performed annually

👉 Almost daily use of the tool, at the end of the recruitment process, as a decision-making aid.

Their recruitment challenges

For recruiting scarce and therefore highly sought-after profiles, the firm was looking for a tool that would:

👉 Reduce the duration of recruitment processes

👉 Analyze candidates' soft skills quickly and reliably

👉 Confirm the client's decision on the appropriate candidate choice

👉 Ensure an optimal candidate experience

Why choose Trimoji?

Previously, the firm used another soft skills assessment solution.

Certain points of dissatisfaction led them to opt for Trimoji:

⛔ Test duration: 20 to 40 minutes, considered too long by candidates

⛔ Questionnaire complexity: over 100 questions

⛔ The tool was not scalable

Solutions provided by Trimoji

✅ A 3-minute questionnaire easily completed by the candidate during the interview

✅ A gamified tool that ensures a satisfactory candidate experience

✅ A "personi" creation feature that allows precise needs definition with the client and saves time in candidate sourcing and selection

✅ A comprehensive analysis, available in a concise version, and easily understandable for recruiters and clients

✅ An attractive price with unlimited tests

Their experience with the Trimoji soft skills analysis tool

Candidates are satisfied with the experience:

✅ The personality questionnaire is quick and fun

✅ They have access to the analysis and their feedback on the results is taken into account

✅ The analysis is easy to understand and helps them identify their strengths, potential, and better understand the work environment conducive to their development

Recruitment results achieved

✅ Faster recruitment closing

✅ Candidate experience aligned with the firm's values

✅ A polished client experience highlighting the consultants' expertise in recruitment assignments

Most appreciated Trimoji features for evaluating candidates' soft skills

👉 Candidate "personi" creation

This reassures clients and helps them make decisions, as the proposed profiles align with their requirements.

👉 Team builder

This tool matches candidate profiles with the work environment, manager, and team members.

It highlights areas for attention and enables informed decision-making.

👉 The different versions of the white-label analysis

The concise version of the analysis is sent to the client, along with the CV and interview summary: this provides a complete evaluation file for quick review.

Areas for improvement

The analysis summary would benefit from a more minimalist design (improvement in progress and unknown to the client at the time of our interview).

The little extras of Trimoji that make the difference:

🏅 Trimoji's support, characterized by a close and attentive relationship.

🏅 The possibility of building a win-win partnership

🏅 The team's availability to answer questions.

🏅 The scalability of the solution, allowing co-creation of new features based on needs and expectations.

🏅 The attention to user experience with an ergonomic, engaging, and quick-to-learn solution.

Continuing the adventure

The firm plans to leverage the internal mobility support features for its clients.
